Purpose

The core of my work—and the mission of this platform—is driven by a passion for building bridges. I believe that the most significant breakthroughs don’t happen in silos; they happen at the intersection of engineering precision and customer-centric vision.

With an engineering background and a lifelong fascination with complex fields like AI/ML and Quantum Computing, I’ve always been a "geek" at heart. But after life unexpectedly threw me into B2B technical sales, bids & project management, I've learned that technical excellence only matters if it solves a real-world problem. Managing internal teams for complex projects worth hundreds of millions, I've developed an appreciation for all aspects of the business in large corporations.

Falling in love with the intersection of Business & Engineering, I've decided to migrate to Product Management. That was one of the concentrations of my MBA at Carnegie Mellon University.

The other focus areas were Tech Strategy and Innovation Management. And for many years, I was an innovation champion, a "top hat" job (aka extra work you do because you're passionate, with no additional pay), for companies with mature innovation systems - and I've learned from the best. Later on, I had the opportunity to implement a complete set of innovation processes and tools from scratch, then lead it.

This website is a synthesis of those experiences, and an attempt at exploring the most useful ideas and frameworks for tech and product leaders. My goal is to provide the resources I wish I had while trying to help corporations and legacy organizations be at the cutting edge of innovation.
